Warranty Policy
Leronza®️ offers a Lifetime Warranty on the craftsmanship and precious metal finish of its customised Apple products.
Warranty Covers
- Fading or tarnishing of 24K Gold, Rose Gold, or Platinum finish under normal use.
- Manufacturing or plating defects related to the customisation process.
Warranty Does Not Cover
- Accidental damage, misuse, or scratches.
- Software or hardware faults in the original Apple device.
- Damage caused by third-party repairs or tampering.
Repairs or re-plating under warranty are managed by Goldgenie LLC. Proof of purchase is required, and warranties are non-transferable.
