Returns Policy
Because every Leronza product is custom-made to order, returns and refunds are not accepted once production begins or the product has been dispatched.
Exceptions apply only in the case of verified defects in customisation or craftsmanship. In such cases, Leronza will repair or replace the item at no cost.
To request a return authorisation, email info@leronza.ae within 7 days of receipt.
Do not ship any product back without written confirmation from our support team.
